Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Canada — Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Standard shipping available on all orders. Standard delivery: 5–7 business days.
- United States — Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Standard delivery: 7–14 business days.
Duties & Taxes All Canadian orders are subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes. US customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
